Dance Sock benefits

Originally designed by a qualified dance teacher especially for dance students to help them learn ballet, the ‘Dance Sock’ has many uses within all styles of dance. It is helpful for beginners but also extends the experienced dancer.

The story behind Dance Sock

The ‘Helpful Sock’ is an idea I have talked about in my dance classes for 21 years. I am super excited to see it come to life and share it with others. As a dance teacher I love to use imageries to teach children of all different abilities.
